At Easy we believe that consideration of the health, safety and welfare of both staff members and clients is a key part of the management process. The specific responsibility for health and safety matters for both employees and clients will be disclosed upon speaking with the human resources official or other official representative of Easy.
Our company requires managers to approach health and safety issues in a procedural way. These procedures are determined by upper management and are enforced across all projects. At all levels, members of staff are responsible for identifying hazards and problems. Managers are also responsible for planning improvements, taking executive action, and monitoring results to ensure that health and safety needs are met.
We believe that keeping everyone safe is in the best interests of your business and ours.
In the event that our employees or managers discover health or safety concerns, these issues are presented to upper management at Easy and in your own organisation.
